I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my selection. The Taco Truck burger is presented with a house made taco spice blend, shredded lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapenos, guacamole, cilantro sour cream and habanero jack cheese. If your mouth isn’t watering, something might be wrong with you. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my side starch of house fried chips with a light Cajun seasoning complimented perfectly. The service was prompt and attentive. Our waiter immediately had us laughing and enjoying the atmosphere.

When considering the competition- there is no option for me other than Burger Republic. I’ve heard such culinary nightmares as pre-cooking patties from some of the competitors in East Nashville. Burger Republic’s patties are 100% certified Angus beef and their grilled chicken is oh-so tender.
Burgers aren’t the only thing Burger Republic does excellent. Their craft-beer selection is sure to please any American craft-beer lover. They have 20 beers on draft and a 22oz bottle selection that will blow your mind. But it doesn’t stop there- try one of their spiked, house spun, milk shakes.
