It was a Sunday and we noticed there was no heat coming from the vents. We called expecting to be told as it was Sunday that someone would contact us on Monday which meant we would be without heat for a day. No, not the case. Their 24/7-emergence service kicked in and we were told he would be there in about a half hour.
He was prompt on time and didn’t charge a dime and said they should have fixed it the first time. If I could read his name on the invoice I would mention it so he would get accolades from his employer. The reason for the four is because they didn’t fix it the first time. But his service made up for that. We would use them again.
